help me to choose all in on printer

HI could you help me to choose the right printer I am looking for scanner and printer together in one all in one scanner and printer but my budget in under
£50
I am usually buy from amazon :)
 
I hear that printer + scanner in one is not really a good thing to buy. You should buy them separately in my opinion. Few of my friends have that and they are not happy with them.
 
If you are looking at a printer below $100, it has to be an inkjet which may be cheaper than a laser printer but will require more maintenance.
