Help me with a build?

I have tried multiple times to make a nice build for a maximum of $500.
And every time I am done and satisfied, certain components either change price, discontinue, or someone tells me its not good. So instead of making countless builds and having them be shut down every time, I am going to ask you guys to make a build for me with certain specs of course.

MUST:
~All components be from NewEgg OR TigerDirect*
*I live in Florida so Tiger Direct would tax me, so I am favoring NewEgg.
~Graphics Card must have VGA and DVI outs with Dual Monitor Support
~Under $500
~Including these components:
CPU
PSU
Graphics Card
Case (CM 690 (RA 690) Preferred)
Inexpensive but good Heatsink if the stock is not sufficient
RAM
MoBo

Ask any questions you want and thank you to all who contribute advice.

Nope, that's why I made a list rather than just saying all necessary parts.
I pretty jazzed about finally getting a new computer. I just got my second monitor as a birthday present (Asus 26") and I got enough money to add on to what I saved up and I am right at $500. And I also decided to pick the CM 690 (now called RA 690) case. I chose it in the older builds i made and I really like it, I also saw a few topics about mods people have done and it looks awesome. On top of that it just dropped from $100-$70. And also i forgot to mention I don't really wanna buy much from tiger direct because I live in Florida so its adds tax.

Alright, i prefer newegg myself anyhow, easier to find parts and better customer support. Ill get you a list up here in about half an hr to an hr, gotta finish something still.

Alright, Thank You :3

You seem to be the same age/grade as me, and I turn 16 in 3 hours, wewt!
I am also in Chem 1 Hon., but what math are you taking?
I am in Trigonometry Hon., actually I'm doing the Home Work as we speak.

Oah, no I am a Sophomore...
Yea I am taking AP World History, which is probably my hardest class.
Today in Chem we got to use the Bunsen burner and analyze different metals according to their flame color. It was really interesting, and even though it was pretty dangerous, I didn't feel like i was in harm's way. I guess I was too intrigued by the experiment.
Thank You for taking your time to do this for me. I am going to check it out right now and edit in my thoughts after.

Yeah, ive done that before. Lithium and sodium + water were my favorite things so far. Not that i havent done alot of this stuff independently before. Prolly why im rocking a 102% in that class...

I would have 101+ but my teacher doesn't offer extra credit, but my Trig Teacher does and I am about a 109%, lol.
So I was looking at the build and wow, I didn't even know they had GDDR5 o.o....
I guess because I wasn't looking in the higher price ranges.
And I had to guess the price of that card I would have estimated 200$+, the prices must be going down a lot.
We did it today which is a Wednesday, which at my school is a shortened day, so we didn't have much time for experimentation of mixing the substances.
If i remember correctly Lithium was Blue/Green and Sodium was Bright Orange, so what did it look like together?
Well anyway, with shipping it comes to around $536 with $30 in rebates, but well, you know how rebates are. Also I didn't even know there was a Quad Athlon, other than being much much cheaper what makes it different from the Phenom?
So one last thing, what kind of things will I be able to do with this?

Athlon II X4 is basically a Phenom II X4 without level 3 cache. You have a chance of unlocking it into a full Phenom II X4 with that motherboard, it highly depends on whether you get one with a Propus or Deneb core though, as some of them are Phenom II's with the cache disabled(deneb), some are the Propus that has no Level 3 Cache on it to begin with so cant be unlocked.

You should be able to play most games at decent settings, standard things like schoolwork/web. Photoshop and such would work pretty decently on it as well.

What determines which core I get?
And I meant give me an example of the multitasking power that I would have?
Luck, you cant really tell whether it will be one or the other.

Not sure what you mean by multitasking power though. If you mean running multiple applications...shouldnt have any problems unless your trying to run say two games or two instances of photoshop at the same time, will run multiple firefox windows/office applications/chat applications/etc just fine.
