help me with bit lord....

yea i cant get my torrents to download fast at all. why wont they go? i tried opening my ports but im not sure if i did it right. wats wrong?

alot of places such as www.majorgeeks.com offer downloads via torrents.

As for the speed, it mostly matters on how many seeders and leachers there are. How many does it say there are?

theres like 15 but thats not the problem. i got these torrents from a friend who succesfully dl'd em.

well the seeders can change over time, try using a different program such as Azureus and see if that makes a difference.

Ill take your word that nothing illegal is being downloaded...

This is the thing with Torrents. THEY SUCK. They often go VERYYYY slowly and theres NOTHING AT ALL you can do. Make sure to have the port it uses opened and no firewalls blocking it. Tweak every setting in bit lord or bit comet or w/e you are using and this is all you can do.

A lot of files have almost NO seeders, and sometimes even if it does it cant make a good connection to create a good speed. Torrents are extremely unreliable, once again, not much can be done.

hey do u use a router?...if u do, then i know exactly ur problem (if u mean ur downloads never go higher than 10kb/s) i had this problem too
