Help me with my computer!

Hey guys. This is my first thread here on Computer Forum. I have a bad computer. My friend tell's me it is just the CPU but i don't know?
The CPU i have is a Intel Core 2 solo CPU (processor) it have 1,4 gh CPU-.-
When i bought the computer the man said the comuter i have was a gamer computer-.-

So when i comed home i tried the computer and stuff. So latter i played some games like Team Fortress 2 and Counter Strike Source. So the computer did just handle some servers and other just slowed my computer down:(

I'm saving money for a new computer. Any tips for a good computer?:)
 
i have never even hear of an intel core 2 solo, dont think it even exists, regardless of the type of cpu at 1.4ghz its not a gaming pc, infact its barely mother than a glorified browser

wait, it's a sticker saying intel core centrino, and another sticker by acer that says the same as in the windows system index which says ''Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Solo CPU U3550 @1.40 GHz''.
full specs:
4 gb ddr3
ati mobility 4330 512 mb
320 gb hdd

it's an acer aspire 5180TG.
 
It is not a gaming laptop. low end video card, culv cpu...

Are you after new pc or laptop?

Tips for good PC?? always check reviews and benchmarks before purchase!
 
I'm after a PC, not a laptop. A very god gamer computer! :) And a computer to like....
10000 or 11000 kr.

well, you cant say 10000kr, because they cant find you any computers from a norwegian site.
and he said tips before buying a computer, read the comment one more time before posting.
