OK i have the whole computer put together except for the power supply.IM screwed i have no idea whereany of the plugs go i know the fat 24 pin connects to the motherboard along with the square one but where do all theother ones go A picture or a link would be great in helping me out

OK, most devices (CDROM, HD, Fans, etc. everything with a motor basically) will use a 4pin molex.
The one way to the right is the floppy connector, that will only connect to a floppy drive, if you have one. THe 24 pin and 4 pin aux connectors will go into the motherboard, as you said. SATA Drives (Your Raptor probably) will use one of these:
Your video card will use this:
(the black one, 6 pin)

The 6-pin PCI express connector will be the black femal connector on the back side (away from the DVI ports) of the card. The 4 pin for the motherboard is a square 4 pin that looks like this:
