hey guys,

just a thought here .. i just purchased:

Intel P4 3.0E 1MB S478 CPU w/ Fan ... it has hyperthreading capabilities

I have all the hardware required to make me a system except for a mobo. There's a certain on I'm looking at "asus p4g800-v", however looking at the specs, everything fits fine, the socket, the frequence and so on, but the board does not allow hyperthreading ... is that a problem??

appreciate your help .. thx

Well it looks like the board can support HT fine.
