Help Mobo and processor.

Hey im trying to build a computer for my senior project for high school. i have been looking for a cheap board, but good performance. this is what i have been looking at.

Do you think this is good together??

Please i need all the help i can get, i want to build a good desktop. i have most parts already, i just need a cpu and a mobo.

Or should i get this one:

Please i need comments/feedbacks. I like to use it to play some PC games too.

what's your budget?

for starters, for god sake don't take the ecs board. crappy brand.
Second option seems alot better.

Are you going to do any overclocking?
