Help my HD is not showing up

I have 2 hd's,150G 10000Rpm HD and a 1TBHD I just installed. they both showed up on the boot up and when I loaded vista.when i picked where to save vista they both showed up and I put it on my 10000rpm HD and I left my 1TB drive alone. once vista was done I went to my computer but only the 10000rpm drive shows up. How do I get my 2nd drive to show up?

If drives was not formated you will need to format your second drive.
Go to control panel and classic view -- Administrative tools -- Computer Management -- Disk Management
You can't see it because it has no file system and it is not mounted by os.

Computer Management - Disk Management - The drive should show up. Just partition and format it. Then it will show in My Computer.
