help my win 7 isnt working

Ok so I built my own pc last and had vista on it and put win 7 upgrade on a few months later. so everything was fine until I got one of the nasty viruses that kills your pc . so I started reinstalling windows but every time I try I dont know if this is correct because it says windows cant boot to disk 0 partition 1
and then it says the boot manager is missing please help

well it had a partition and I did not know it was needed at the time so I deleted it

Erase the entire HDD using KILL DISK and then reinstall OS.

how exactly do I download that program

Just boot to the windows DVD and delete all the partitions. Let it make and new one with all the space, unless you want two partitions. Then just let the install run.
