The shareware seen there can make things a little easier for the beginner or less experienced user. Microsoft has one article with separate steps for backing up your email, another for your address book, and recovering these items as well as preserving your blocked senders list. Give the trial version a try to see how things go. But keep the MS link for reference if you get stuck on something. It takes a little longer then a program but the steps explained there should get through ok.
