Help needed, wont start up

Issues with computer not booting.
I recently got problems with my graphics card where it didnt show the screen properly (weird colours and text) then it just stopped working at all. I replaced the card with another.
Now it just beeps 1 long and 2 short.
Is it a problem with my motherboard or gfx card or... something else entirely?

Take out all the RAM, then put in one stick. Also check your motherboard manual, it should tell you what it is. According to what I found, memory error ;) Get back to us with your results. (test each stick, of course)
 
Reset the BIOS if you haven't already - take the battery out of the motherboard while your PC is switched off. Keep it out for about 30-60 seconds and put it back in. Try it after it should do it.

What's the error message when the beeps finish?
