Help needed

Hi guys I had a serious problem.
I had a laptop with apple and i want to change it to windows but when i try to format with CD th pc dosn't accept the CD can you tell me how to change from apple to windows system of laptop

If its an older ibook, you cannot install windows onto it. If its a newer macbook with an intel processor, you will need to use bootcamp to install windows onto it.

Is it an iBook? I have had an older iBook and I was able to install windows on it useing Virtual PC.

Is your CD is Bootable or not ?
Is your computer set first boot device with CD rom?
