Help!! New Build starts then shuts down

Hi I got some help choosing the parts for my new comp, and have completed assembly, but all is not well.

Starts fine, will run for approx 1 minute then shuts down. wheather I am loading windows or it is just sitting at bios.

I am guessing a thermal problem but am clueless on where to start looking.

Well, i seemed to have found the problem, did not have the cpu cooler completly set on cpu............duh. Actually took a serious amount of ummph.

Loading Windows atm, no problems, let the gaming begin
