help on adobe photoshop.

I need to ask yall something. Its for adobephotoshop 7.0 You know that magic wand. Well how do you highlight the character? Do you hold shift and highlight every detail of a character or is there another way to do this let me know thanks.

Uh, you mean to cut out a character from a picture? As in take the backround out? Well, you could try the magnetic lasoo(sp?) tool. It'll automatically find and stick to the edges of a picture.

That or you can select the background then do an inverse select (ctrl + shift + i)

Well, just right click the lasso tool, it'll pop up

Oh that should be very easy. If you were able to get to the magnetic lasso tool it would be a pretty strait-forward task. I could do it for you if you want...

How you let go of the Magnetic lasso tool?

Usually you bring it around back to the point that you started and then double click- it'll lock itself.

use the eraser and background eraser tool

heres a quickie. not to perfection.

make the bg eraser tool extra big so it'll cover the whole pic.

click on an area with the "same" colors so it'll delete it.
wut i did was clicked on the grass, the gray area on top, then the blue bars, not between the bars.

then edited n touched up with the eraser (maximized to about 300-600 percent)
