help on my desktop (newly reformatted)

i reformatted my destop since i've done it a year later,
also spaces on my disk drives narrowed.
another reason is that it always displays a blue screen,
i'm not particular on what it tells about but as far as i comprehend what it says,
it tells that if i have a newly installed hardware, it must have an update check on its driver, disable, or uninstall it.
relating to this error, one hardware that i recently installed is my kbs-720 a4-tech keyboard, it doesn't include a driver and i can't even find an update to his driver.
sometimes my keyboard doesn't work and i need to unplug it,plug, uninstall and install again, over and over,
the problem is when reformatted my pc, the error still come up,
and a disturbing chage is that it is slow in start up, (sometime do not continue to start up), start up but restart after the quick display of the blue screen error,
i can open it sometimes like this very moment but it is super slow,
i can't feel my dual core 1.6ghz and my 1gb of ram, it is damned slowed,
please tell some solution on my problems, i am planning to do a reformatting session again, can it solved the problem? thanks in advance ^_^

Sounds like you need to install drivers for all of your devices. Go to my computer, right click on whitespace and click properties. To the left click device manager (Unless you're on xp, then click the hardware tab, then device manager). If there's anything in the device manager that is a yellow question mark (or maybe it's an exclamation point) then you need drivers for that device. Once you get all your drivers installed, get windows up to date and see if that fixes your problems. Good luck :)

i think it is my keyboard that needs a driver,
unfortunately i can't find one, i think i'll buy a new one,
right now i am using a4 tech keyboard, thanks!!
