Help On New System

Basicially i'm building a new system, But not from scratch. The reason is i'm wanting to use my excisting HDD's (2 in total), Video card and DVD Drive in my new PC and get the following parts below. What i want to know is are they all compatable with each other before i go out and get them all. I'm sure they are, But i just want someone who probably has more PC knowledge then me to make sure.

New Parts:
Gigabyte GA-M85M-US2H Motherboard
AMD PHENOM II X3 Triple Core 720 2.8Ghz
Antec "New Solution Series" VSK-2000 Case
650W "Antec" EarthWatts ATX Power Supply
Not sure on Ram yet, I'll get the PC place i'm going to throw any decent ram in as i'm lost as there is literally heaps of types (I know i need DDR2 but after that i'm lost),

Then ofcourse, Will my existing HDD's and Video card and DVD Drive all i need to add to have a fully functional PC and importantly, Will my excisting HDD, Video card and DVD Drive work with all these parts (Parts below).

Old Parts:
ATI Radeon HD4670 1GB PCI-E
230GB HDD
80GB HDD
16X DVD LightScribe DVD drive

Not sure on any further details on the HDD types, All i know is that they are being used in a excisting Compaq Presario SR1910AN Desktop PC (About 3 years old).

Thanks heaps!

Your hard drives are going to slow your computer down if they're not SATA.

Also, if you're buying new RAM anyway, I would go with an AM3 board and use DDR3.

DDR2 and DDR3 are about the same price right now.

So all this will work together and it would be good to go?

I am planning on purchasing a new HDD later on, Thanks for the advice.

Thanks.

The CPU you chose will work with the motherboard you chose, yes.

And yes, you'll need DDR2 RAM.

As for your drives, it depends on how many you have and if they're IDE
because you can only have 2 IDE drives on that motherboard.
