Help on Overclocking RAM/CPU

Hi, how would you go about oc'ing a AMD 64 3000+ (Venice Core) on a Albatron K8SLI motherboard? It currently has PhoenixBIOS and I don't know how to OC it. I tried reading OC101 but it really didn't help. What do I have to do? How would I overclock it at a good rate w/o damaging anything but see some difference in performance? Where would I go? Any help? Thank you!

You have to go into the BIOS on your motherboard and play with the Multiplier and the FSB. I highly suggest your read up more about OC'ing before you go and mess with the FSB and multiplier, especially the vCore. You can really damage your computer if you don't know what you're doing.
