Help overclocking E6750...

I only have a freezer 7 pro and certainly dont want to push anything to the limits, But hoping someone can help with a moderate performace increase but keep reliability/stability? I have:

P5E-VM HDMI motherboard
Core2Duo E6750
4GB Ram
450 PSU

What have you tried so far?

You should be able to bump the FSB in small increments and test, you'll just have to keep the DRAM ratio in check.
