HElP overclocking

hello i have a old GA-VM800PMC motherboard and i have a p4 3.2ghz cpu i want to over clocked to the max with this board and i have water cooling on it but im not sure that this board is overclockable but can someone please helkp me out and i need hello on overclocking a p4 3.2ghz on a asus p5n32-sli premium whats the best way to oc on this board ?

go into your bios and clock that mother up to 3.4, it should be fine like that lol

That board has a VIA chipset so I would say the PCI/AGP bus is not locked so you wont be able to push the FSB that far.

theres nothing in the bios about overcolocking or fsb or anything in that matter ?? on the GA-VM900Pmc

Flash BIOS to newer version.

Should all be the same steps for any mobo. Just type in your mobo model in google, download the BIOS update... then follow the steps.
