Help!! Pc keeps on stuting down and starting up over & again!!

Have you tried booting into safe mode? Have you tried removing and reinserting the memory sticks? Any new hardware or software lately?

The page fault does suggest a memory issue.

yes in safe mode but, it still does the same thing. tried too didn't work. i don't know, the PC is my friend's.
