Help - PC Won't Turn ON!

Hey guys alright well i was playing Counter-Strike earlier today and some guy kill me and I hit my keyboard as a joke and my computer just shut down. Now when I try to turn it on it won't I don't know why. I opened it up and blew on it to get the dust out and I made sure everything was connected good and it all was. I unplugged all the cords form the back and plugged them all back in, but it still will not start up. I don't know why and my uncle is very good with computers, he is the one that built it, but he is at work and I don't want to call him and bother him so I came here. Do any of you guys know what my problem is? If you guys can help that would be great thanks a lot.
 
Okay, just hitting the keyboard shouldn't have hurt the computer.

Can you give us some more details about your computer? What are the specs?

When you try and turn it on do the fans turn on? Does it make any beeps?
 
yea here are the specs:

AMD processor not positive what kind
Nvidia GeForce 7600 video card
2 gig ram

and idk thats like the main stuff yea and i dont think the fans turn and im positive there aren't any beeps.
 
Turn off your power supply (switch on the back of the computer) and unplug it. Re-plug it in and turn it back on. Now, try to power up from the power button on the start of the system.

Anything?
 
When you say unplug it do you mean unplug the computer or power supply? ill try to turn off my power supply then unplug my pc then plug it back in. thanks.
