Help!! Please!!! Asap!

I'm trying to install something and it keeps telling me

"The software you are installing has no passed Windows Logo twsting to verify it's compatibility with Windows XP (Tell me why this testing is important). The software will not be installed. Please contact your system administrator."

What does this mean?

I'm the PC administrator .... ther arent any guest accounts on here.

And no, it only says "OK" to click on.
