Help please computer problems

I just recently receviced a new computer the specs are
INTEL QUAD CORE Q6600 2.4GHZ
EVGA NFORCE 780I 775 MOTHERBOARD
XFX GEFORCE 8800GT 512MB
COOLERMASTER 600WATT EXTREME POWER
3x 1G DDR2 PC6400 MEMORY
ASETEK 120MM WATERCOOLER
running vista 32 bit

For some reason it comes on the after awhile it freezes up then shuts off or i have to cut it off manually after it freezes. What could be the cause of it freezing because it always freezes.

i dont like vista sorry, mabe you just have a virus, run a scan. you might have a rigistary error, use CClaner to fix that. Vista might just not like your hardware, though i fully approve of what you have listed. try installing win XP or ubuntu 8.04
