Help Please I know nothing about computers and am getting a new graphics card.

well on half the sites I go on it says only 8x and the rest say 8x/4x (such as newegg). Do you think there could be slightly different versions

No. I guess that they are all 4x also. I think that all 8x are 4x also, but I am not sure.
 
Anti-Aliasing (AA) and Anisotropic Filtering (AF) what do these things acctually mean.

I will take your word for it that they are all 4x aswell

AA is what some gfx cards do. It smoothes thing off on the screen that are jagged b/c your monitor is crappy

AF basically the same thing

They are both ways to try and make a 3D image fit onto a 2D screen

help I suppose lol. Thanks once again, and I will go out and buy that card now.
