Go into your bios and disable lan(network) boot. Make sure HDD is set for first boot device. If it is listed as first device then you either have a hdd cable issue or a motherboard issue.

Edit: What model of Coolermaster elite power supply are you using? What is the wattage on it? Those aren't the greatest units and you may be pushing it running a gtx 570.

Thanks for replying,My boot priority is already set to primary HDD,now sometimes the system boots Windows 7 and works perfectely, for some hours then out of nowhere blue screen and computer restarts and same error, and my power supply is Cooler Master Elite Power 500W,it is old and has been deactivated long time.I have no idea what should I do about, its been just over 2 months I purchased motherboard, ram and cpu.And it worked perfectly in those 2 months.

When you see the PXE booting just hit ESC and it should say "Network boot cancelled by keystroke" or similar. If that doesn't solve it, a repair install of windows will, or a boot CD specifically designed for fixing MBR (like Hiren's boot cd)
