HI Guys;i just joined here first of all my greetings for everybody here at Computerforums;
i need some help here i have my Sony vaio vgn A-195EP with a problem, it started to shutting down every 5 minutes after i turned it on i thought that i would resolve the issue with factory recoverybut no avail it doesn't shut off during the #1 CD but only, but it shuts off after the #2 Cd the Utilities, i have a hard time to complete recovery cause it keeps shutting down,
i took out the screws on the botom so i can get to the Fan or CPU and the second slot of Mem Ram, but i don't know how to take out the keyboard so i can see if there is dust on the fan or the CPU need some heat sink compound,anybody here is familiar with sony Vaio VGN A-195EP with OS Windows XP sp2 please tell me how to take out the keyboard,
or if you guys think that there is other problems that i can solve i would apreciate.
This is the error message bellow text that is on the blue screan when it shuts down
