help please

right guys iv recently had a computer built for me <spec below> and everything was going ok but the screen has some serious flickering happening , ive instaled the latest drivers for the screen <sony SDM-S51> but no joy , ive instaled the latest drivers for my graphics card <radeon 2400 HD> but still no joy .
one thing i have noticed is the screen refresh rate will not go higher than 60 hertz do you think the screen is too old for the computer or is the graphics card knackered

right guys iv just been searching through device manager and what ive found out is a lot of stuff seems to have no drivers installed but if i try to update driver it says i have the best driver installed ???

here is a list of a few that have no driver installed , iv also installed a piece of software called radarsync which checks your computer for out of date drivers and it says im up to date ???

another issue is memory total and available there seems to be a big difference

Make sure the screen refresh is on the default mode because configuring the screen rate of your monitor will effect on your video card and for the memory i don't see any problem as your given data. For the drivers, best thing to do is to reinstall and just use only the CDs included on the box of your parts such as for motherboard, video card, and etc. you don't need to update the drivers unless its required for specific software application. hope you get my point...
