Totally new Question - Please help!

<edit> I got my ASUS 4550, and it works! Thanks to everyone that replied to this and the other threads I created (sorry)! But, I'm still working out some kinks, as my graphics card does not entirely fit, so I took out the VGA. And then the metal thing that screws onto the side of the comp so it doesn't move doesn't fit, so I'm still working on it. But I think I can call it a success right now. Sorry about the poorly written post, I'm really excited. Thanks everyone again!I've been reading reviews and such, and because there is a 30 day refund possible, I'm going to try it out.

So which one should i get?

...or would you recommend another LOW PROFILE graphics card?

Also:
- Is there a difference between PCI 2.0 Express x16 and PCI Express x16?
- I don't think this computer is very good for ventilation, so which one should I get?
- One of the reviews says that even though it says I should have more PSU, it doesn't need that much, so I should buy it. I'm not sure, but I'm hoping I can refund it if it doesn't work for me. Any opinions?

Thanks

Being that the first one is sold out and you have poor ventilation, I wouldn't get the first or the fourth one. Going off reviews and price, go for the third. Both cards have the same GPU and pretty much the same cooler. You're not going to find much performance increase between two cards of the same model unless one is overclocked.

I do not have any personal experience with the 9400GT so I am just basing the selection off the customer reviews. Some people complain about the plastic plate on the heatsink for the first one, I'm not sure why the third one was rated so low. I would just compare the reviews, and if you can't tell them apart, it means they're too similar to make a difference as to which one to get. At that point just go for the cheaper one.

As for the 4550, according to the specs the 9400GT would outperform it.

Of course not all specs accurately reflect gameplay but it should give you a general idea.

Can you check if the 4550 meets the Entropia Universe Game requirements? I'm not good with graphic card numbers, so I need some help.
Also, is there anything else I should check when getting a new graphics card?
Um also, I was asking about PCI Express x16, and PCI Express 2.0 x16. Is there a difference? No one has answered my question, and I have a feeling they do make a difference. I really hate my computer.

I don't mind spending the extra dollar on a good graphics card, but I am not about to get extra fans/ change my whole computer to play games. It's just my current computer cannot run high graphics games. And getting the bare minimum, I'll have to replace it in at most a year. But, the 4550 is ~$70. That's pretty decent, so I have no problems with that.
According to the what you said:

The 4550 isn't as good as this?
NVIDIA 7600 series or higher, ATI Radeon R520 Series, (X1600 or higher).**

Maybe, if the ones that the Canadian Newegg aren't good enough. But I'd stop by a local computer shop first if the Canadian Newegg aren't good.
But how come the 4550 is a low-end product, and isn't as good at a GeForce 7600 or ATI Radeon R520? I've checked here: http://www.tomshardware.com/charts/gaming-graphics-charts-q3-2008/Sum-of-FPS-Benchmarks-Totals,795.html and http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/131.

Can you explain in some detail please?
Thanks. I'm not a techie, if you haven't noticed. XP

Again it depends on what review you look at. The site you linked seems it tested a fair amount of games, so I would trust that site. I suppose the 4550 would beat it by a little then.
