HELP?! Please?!

AH!!!!!!!! I got a virus on m computer the other day from nowhere which is weird cuz I have antivirus stuff and spyware blocking, and a screen popped up saying a threat was detected but blocked. The next thing I know my computer is going crazy! Pop ups left and right in the bottom right corner saying there is a threat detected but it's the damn virus dong it. It's a little red circle with a white x in the center and internet security 2010 keeps popping up like its running a virus scan when it is the virus itself. So I tried downloading avg free stuff and scanned it over and over and every time it would find a few delete hem, but the main one never left. SO I went to try one more thing and when I turn it on it wont let me log on, cuz as soon as I do it logs me off. So I was told to try and start it up in safe mode but it wont even let me do that! So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE wat do I do?

I did everything possible when my parents had the same virus, I was able to remove it via AVG but then the internet would still not work, the virus got in deep and really screwed up the system so the only choice for me was to reinstall Windows.

That virus is what is called the SemiFraud
Download from internet the ComboFix.exe,
the SmitfraudFix.exe and smitRem.exe and run them in your machine
gonna take a few minutes...
