You mean CPU? Central Processing Unit?

A PSU is a Power Supply Unit.

In any case, no it will not. The CPU you listed is an Intel CPU. The motherboard you listed supports AMD CPU's.

A good cheap dual core would be the athlon ii x2 260 3.2 ghz. All depends on what your budget is and what you plan on doing with this system.

LOL Newegg and Tiger don't even sell anything below an AM3 processor anymore.

EDIT: It seems the board supports AM3 processors as well.
