HELP Please!!!

The Dvd burner and another cd rom drive are not being reconized i go to
(Device Manager > hl - td - st dvdrrw gwa-4083b)
then under the device status it says
"
Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)
"

Please if u have seen this before and know how to fix it it would be greatly appreciated than you!
 
have u tried a google search on "code 19" i just did itb then and returned a few possible results, sorry i cant post more atm im at work hope that gives you an idea of where to look.
