help please

Hey guys.
I am trying to run a program and when i open it.nothing comes up.it just comes up in the task manager under proceses that are running.but there is nothing in sight running.
How can i fix this > and get the program running in the process's out and veiw it.?

It sounds like the program is running in the background. You could try to launch it under safe mode or you could do a system restore (assuming that you have Windows ME or above) to the last time the program worked right (if it ever did in the first place).

no it never worked before..its a recently downloaded program.i need to launch the setup to run the client.the setup just runs in the backround like you said so.
