Hello i bougth a new computer roughly a month ago since i bougth it has been freezing randomly and when this happens my dvd drive wont open .To try to fix the problem i have reinstalled windows ran spybot and adware have checked for viruses using avg .nothing comes up but after i formated the drive it seemed to be working this only lasted a few days though then the problem returned .i dont neccesarily have to be running any apps for the freezing to occur i can just be on my desktop and it will happen .also earlier today i got a long beep that came from the computer .how do you know what the beeps mean? even thinking it migth be my dvd burner i disconected the power from it but that didnt solve anything .my best guess is this is some driver issue or hardware issue .customer service for my cp has been awfull all they seem to know how to say is scan for viruses and spyware .any help would be appreciated the computer has frozen about 5 times just writing this.
