Help plz with problem

I have just put a TI4200 on a fresh xp install. Its ok in windows etc, but i tried playing Wolfenstein and after a variable amount of time the screen goes blank. Ive reinstalled it etc, but i have no idea why its doing it. there is no other componoentry near it, and it is warm to touch but not hot. I dont want to return it t the guy saying its no good when it is... so if anyone has any ideas much appreciated!!! thnx

do you have directx 9.0 installed? most games require that this is installed for them to run. if not then you will get a blank black screen. sounds like your video card is fine since it runs everything else.

Go into Device Manager and c if its responding. After that check that u have latest Direct X 9.0, if not download it from here.
