Help power cycling

My first build installed a components, turned on comp and power comes on then goes off, did this a couple of times then stayed on. So I turned if off put windows 7 disk in and turn on, still cycles but doesn't happen so quick now. I got a sick feeling in my stomach from this hopefully I didn't mess anything up.

Its the gigabyte P67A mobo, PSU is antec 650 could this be messing it up, its one I took out of old comp. Also when I boot it up I get no signal to monitor. Please help.
 
Ok so live and learn, took everything out then put it back in.... i didn't hook the power to my GPU :eek:, hooked that up and installing windows while I'm typing this.

antec 650w psu
1TB seagate HDD
gigabyte p67a mobo
 
more or less the same as mine. Bigger hard drive though. you're set for one hell of a computer. Runs Crysis 2 at >37 frames per second, with full detail. Incredible.
