hello friends,
i was on the computer with many applications running and i opened my movies folder which is really big in size in GBs and then suddenly computer hanged for a few seconds and i got some error and options
send this error or don't send
the usual windows when we get error with options of getting error of 3 steps
i send the error report
but now whenever i open my movies folder it always hang at that point and the error and i always send that error on internet
there are viruses since i scanned with my av and few other online antiviruses.
Can anybody tell me what i can to solve this problem?
