Help: Record whats on the screen.

I know there is a print screen option that capture screen image but how do i record whats showing on the screen into a video clip. Kind of like instructional video which ill teach somebody to use a program or play a game etc.

i remember using a program which did this - it was called hypercam i think.

here is something that i can advice...
the first one is THIS FREE TOOL. download it and use at any time u need.... nice and easy
there is another tool for screen recording, its more featured tool, free to try
here is one new... This one is capturing tool, that allows you to edit your video, add callouts, remarks, etc. In other words to make a good presentation or something like that... And you can publish your file in any video or flash format that you need.
