I was wondering what I should do in regards to my old hard drive. I want to completely transfer everything over from the old one to the new, 2 TB one in my new rig. Problem is, I don't want to just transfer files, I want the entire O.S, programs, registry and all. Next problem being, I'd like my new system to be 64 bit, but the old one is 32. What should I do?

You just clone the drive. But if you going from a 32bit system to a 64bit system. With a different motherboard. (complete different system) You will have a hell of a time to get it to boot. Your best bet is to do a clean install.

Agh. Well, at the very least, if I install my old HDD into the new rig, can I just bring things over?

Clarification. If you install the old hdd in the new rig, you'll be able to tranfser any data over but your applications will all need to be re-installed. In fact, with the old hdd in the new rig the data can stay where it's at. The newly installed apps will be able to access the data on the old drive.
