help some PSAPI.DLL problem

hello friends plz help me

i formatted my pc & then installed win xp
i have use the same cd before to install xp & had no problem

but now few days after installing xp i don't know what is creating a problem

the problem is while running windows washer or counter strike and other s/w s

I M GETTING A WINDOW

" THE PROCEDURE ENTRY POINT GETPROCESSINGIMAGEFILENAMEW COULD NOT BE LOCATED IN THE DYNAMIC LINK LIBRARY PSAPI.DLL"

SO PLZ HELP BEFORE I FORMAT MY PC AGAIN TO GET RID OF IT

HELP! HELP! HELP!:) :) :)
