Help to OC an Old E7300

Hey yall sorry ive been AFK for a LONG time. Life, work, and bills got in the way :( :(
Anyways i have an old E7300 core 2 duo and im going to try to overclock it...how high is a stable clock for it? (I know it all depends on core temps and voltage, etc.) im using stock cooler in an old dell inspiron motherboard...ill get specs up tonight since im typing this away from my dorm room.

It's a Dell, which means the BIOS is locked and there is no overclock ability. You won't be able to overclock it.
