Help to oc e6320

I've see that some members here can oc their e6320 to 2.8-3.0ghz.
In my condition, i cant oc more than fsb 1333, everytime i oc more than that the pc went blank and wont boot at all.
I tried to increase the cpu voltage to 1.4 and it doesnt work.
Are there any other option that i miss to change?
Just note the only part that i oc is my cpu?
If possible i want to reach 2.6 or 2.8 ghz.

Oh another question, in bios menu beside cpu voltage theres cpu vtt voltage and nb voltage, whats this?
 
Last night i tried to increase clock to 2.6 ghz and the cpu core voltage to 1.35, cpu vtt voltage to 1.31 yet it crash again, tried the same method but this time also increase the nb voltage to 1.24 and it work.
I dont have any assesment tool so just play crysis to know if the oc is stable.
Whats the cpu vtt voltage and nb voltage anyway? Why it cant be done only by increasing the cpu core voltage?
