help tv setup vista media center

I installed the tuner and can watch tv with the software it came with. The remote works in media center and i have a tv guide. The problem is i dont get picture. I noticed the channels dont match the channels i get from the software, could this be the problem. Thanks for any help.
 
Never mind, i must be the biggest idiot ever. In the setup, when it asks for my zip code, i copied the example because i thought it was some sort of verification or agreement thing. All i had to do was read the instructions, sorry for wasting your time.
