Help upgrading my computer

I have a HP Pavilion HPE h8-1039 and want to upgrade the parts and this is my first time changing the parts of a computer so I was wondering what would work with my system and such I know what graphics card I want but it requires a 500 watt psu minimum and mine is 460 and was wondering if that was a big deal or not if it is what psu should i buy? I don't know if I should upgrade my processor if I should could someone reccomend me one?

CPU:AMD Phenom II X6 1065T
Graphics Card:AMD Radeon 6850
Mainboard:Foxconn 2a92 AMD 785G chipset AMD SB700 IT8720

I would definately upgrade the power supply. What is the make and model of the unit you have now?

Yeah, I would change out the power supply. What board do you have now. Its listed as a H-RS880-uATX (Aloe). Doesnt support a X6. Neither does the Foxconn 2a92 you have listed.

I haven't opened it I just got that off off he CPU-z program and the x6 was stock with it

Yeah very weird. Cpu support says it doesn't support it but here on this page, it shows that its the stock processor.

Do you think if I just oc my CPU and switch out the GPU and and PSU that would be fine?

You won't be able to overclock on an OEM pc. Otherwise I would say yeah.

I mean turbo not overclock because it said it can turbo up to 3.4 ghz
