Help: Upload video from pc to SD card in digital camera?

Is it possible to upload video from my pc to an sd card? I've tried dropping it into the camera's folder when it's connected to the computer but it wont let me. Any ideas on how I can do this?

You can either:
-buy a card reader and transfer the video directly to the card
-uninstall the camera application and plug the camera into the computer. Go to Computer and search for a camera icon. Put the movie in there. This doesnt work for every camera.
