I'm coding up a billing doc. If an account# owes for several purchases this month,
I want to print one page (consolidate multiple invoices) per account number?
What is the most effective way to approach this (PHP)? a way to compare acct#.

Openoffice has an Excel-like feature. I think it's called math. But be warned. My bro. installed Openoffice and it installed all kinds of crap, so use custom install when you run the installer. Libreoffice might have an Excel-like program too.
