help water cooling

hi i just want to know is the best water cooling system for my pc i will spend up to $500 on a water cooling my pc.and if any one has tip for me this is the fist time i have water cooled a pc.i have myold pc to test on.
my pc
cpu i7 920 @ 2.67ghz (i want to got to 3.6ghz)
mother bored asus pt6 se
ram 9gd ocz
Graphics Cards ait 4890x2 Overclocked (i donot know how many ghz i want water cooling from them)
Wireless card TP-Link N
Optical Drives Pioneer Blu-ray Disc Combo Drive
Hard Drives 60gb ssd ocz 640gb wd at 10,000 rpm
power supply 850w ocz (i will go to 1000w if need)
case Antec Twelve Hundred with 3 more fans in it

p.s it has to be able to go on the Graphics Cards they are over heating :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

It's my first time using water cooling and in this forum, I was recommended to use http://www.ebuyer.com/product/177411. However, I'm not sure what type of liquid to use yet lol.
