help wit hds

i have just begun to put my computer together and i have a question
I plugged the 7 pin SATA data transfer cables from HDs to Mobo but now wut do i do? Do i use the 4 pin molex cable and connect it to my 1. mobo or 2. psu OR do i use the like 15 pin connector and connect that to my 1. mobo or 2. psu?

If your hard drive has both the 4-pin molex and the sata type power connectors use one or the other not both. The power line comes from the PSU and goes to the harddrive.
