Help with a few things

I have to accept to many certificates on my cpu. How do I stop making the certificates pop up?

Also, I installed a free keylogger a few weeks ago but when I installed it I chose not to make a desktop shortcut or put it in the add or remove programs in control panel. Thing is I really want to remove it now that I have no use for it but I can not find it and I've tried using the search.I don't remember where I saved it either.
How would I find the key logger I installed?

You checked the "C" drive ? under program files ? it's probably hidden. Also keyloggers are not a good idea just so you know.
To make life easier go to msconfig and remove the keylogger from startup. then do the search in the above folder

I found the folder but there are no uninstall options. Ever since then I've also been unable to open task manager so it is probably a virus. I can't open the program either because it has a password. I typed in the passwords that I'd normally use but none of them are working. Yes, it was a bad idea but I needed it bad at the time. I regret downloading it.

Hmmm passworded then eh ?
Easy stuff, just do what i said, stop it on startup, that way it doesn't load, now go into it's folder and delete everything, doing so you might get some errors (probably) that some Dll are probably locked. download this to unlock them, but if needed. This is a quick fix
