Hi everyone, not sure if this is the right place, but looking for help running a game on steam. A friend of mine using a PC I built for them a few years ago downloaded the game the isle. Keep getting g an error message "dx12 is not supported on you system" but, it has an rx 580 gpu which is supposed to support dx12 and its running win 10. I'm confused on those one, first game it's ever had a problem with. Tried running in compatibility mode and entering d3d11 in the launch option, which only gave another error message. System also has 16 megs ram and an i5 8400. Any ideas?
