Help with a heatsink...

Hello,

I've been going around in circles with so many different opinions so i'm finally set on everything apart from a heat sink. I need one which will fit with the case and i don't want to take a risk so i'm seeking some advice if possible please.

I've been looking at the Scythe SCNJ-1000 Nijna but apparently it may be too big? I don't really know anything about Heat sinks either!
I will have the the Antec Solo Quiet Mini Tower Case with an Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 2.8GHz Socket 775 1066MHz FSB 3MB L2 Cache Retail Processor and Gigabyte GA-EG41MF-US2H G41 HDMI DVI VGA High Def Audio Out MATX Motherboard.
